- Tech pack or reference: send us your tech pack, sketch or a sample photo. If you do not have a tech pack, our team helps you prepare the measurements and material details.
- Leather and trims selection: we share hide swatches, lining, zip and snap options with prices for each choice.
- Sampling (7–10 days): pattern making, cutting and stitching of your first sample, with photos and video before dispatch.
- Approval and bulk production (2–4 weeks): once you approve the sample, we cut and sew the full order on the same pattern.
- Quality check and packing: each piece is checked for stitching, panel matching, zip function and measurements, then packed with your labels and polybags.
