From enquiry to delivery

  1. Enquiry & consultation. Send your design, tech pack or reference photo, with quantity, sizes and target price. We reply with questions and suggestions on fabric and trims.
  2. Quotation. You receive a price per piece, MOQ, sample cost and estimated production time.
  3. Design & tech pack. No tech pack? We help you build one: measurements, fabric, Pantone colours, print and label positions. See our tech pack guide.
  4. Sampling. We make a physical sample and share photos and video. You approve it or request changes.
  5. Fabric & trims sourcing. Once the sample is approved, we book fabric, zips, threads, labels and packaging.
  6. Bulk production. Cutting, stitching, then decoration: sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, puff print or patches.
  7. Quality inspection. In-line checks during stitching and a final inspection of measurements, seams, print, colour and packing. We share the QC report and photos.
  8. Packing & shipping. Folded, tagged and bagged with your branding, and shipped by air courier or sea freight with all export documents.
