Ravix Pro Industry checks quality at six stages: fabric inspection, pattern verification, cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery, and a final inspection of measurements, appearance, labelling and packing. You receive a QC report and photos before your order ships, and you can appoint a third-party inspector.
The six inspection stages

Tests we carry out
- Colourfastness to washing, rubbing, perspiration and light, so colours do not bleed or fade.
- Shrinkage, so garments keep their size after washing.
- Fabric strength for durability and tear resistance.
- Stitch density and seam checks, so seams last.
- Measurement verification against your graded size chart.
Third-party inspection and AQL
Buyers can send their own inspection company, usually for a final random inspection when at least 80% of goods are packed. Agree the AQL level and defect list in advance. Learn more in our guide to AQL in garment manufacturing.

Consistent reorders
We keep your approved patterns, size chart, colour standards, artwork files, label designs and approved samples on record, and run reorders through the same in-house print and stitching lines.
