Sample Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026 · Reviewed by Salman Munawar, Founder

Ravix Pro Industry makes a physical sample before every new bulk order. Samples usually take about 7–14 days after your design is confirmed, plus 3–7 days by air courier. The sample cost is stated in your quotation before you pay, and bulk production only starts after you approve the sample.

Sample cost

  • Samples are normally charged, because each one is made individually to your specification
  • The exact sample cost and courier charge are written in your quotation before you pay
  • Ask us whether your sample cost can be adjusted against your first bulk order

Revisions

If the sample needs changes, send clear comments with photos and measurements in centimetres. We update the pattern, fabric or artwork and make a revised sample if needed. See what happens if my sample needs changes.

After approval

Your approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production and quality inspection. Bulk orders usually take about 3–6 weeks after approval, with a minimum order of 30 pieces per design.
