These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders placed with Ravix Pro Industry, Stadium Road, Daska, Sialkot 51010, Pakistan, and to use of ravixproindustry.com. By confirming an order you agree to these terms. Anything agreed in writing on your proforma invoice takes priority over these general terms.
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the design, fabric, quantity and decoration described at the time. Prices can change if specifications, quantities or fabric costs change. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
2. Samples
Samples are charged as stated in the quotation. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing (email or WhatsApp). The approved sample is the quality reference for bulk. See our sample policy.
3. Minimum order and quantities
Our minimum order is 30 pieces per design unless agreed otherwise. Bulk quantities may vary by a small percentage due to cutting and production; any variation is reflected on the final invoice.
4. Payment
Payment terms are shown on each proforma invoice and depend on order size and method. Accepted methods include bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, Remitly, Wise and Payoneer. Production is scheduled once the agreed deposit is received, and goods ship once the balance is paid unless agreed otherwise.
5. Lead times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start after sample approval and deposit. We will tell you promptly about any delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs, strikes, power outages or natural events.
6. Shipping, risk and duties
The Incoterm on your proforma invoice (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP) decides who arranges transport, who pays duties and taxes, and when risk passes to you. See our shipping policy.
7. Quality and claims
Please inspect goods on arrival and report any manufacturing defect or shortage within 7 days of delivery, with photos and quantities. We will review the claim against the approved sample and agree a fair remedy, such as remaking, repairing or crediting the affected pieces. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing or changes you approved are not defects.
8. Designs and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, artwork and designs you send us. Your designs remain your property and are used only for your orders. We do not produce counterfeit goods or use third-party trademarks without permission. We can sign an NDA on request.
9. Cancellations and changes
Changes or cancellations after production starts may be charged for fabric bought and work already done. Custom-made goods cannot be returned for change of mind.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
11. Website
Website content, product photos and text belong to Ravix Pro Industry and may not be copied without permission. Product images show examples of our work; final products follow your approved sample.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
